1. Design of new mines which include infrastructure design, purchase of fit for purpose equipment. This equipment varies from state of the art continuous miners to the latest longwall equipment, conveyors, winders etc.
2. Design and modification of coal washing plants which includes upgrades to current plants.
3. Setting up of Mine Management plans and implementations of these plans.
4. Reviewing old mines and looking for improvements and upgrading their equipment for better efficiencies and production improvements.
